Shipping and Refunds

Shipping

We currently ship everywhere in the US and the rest of the World.

Items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after an order is received. We ask that you allow 3-5 weeks for your items to arrive in US and 4-6 weeks for International orders. It is typically in most cases much quicker than this though sadly we do not have control over postal and courier services. If your item has not arrived after 5 weeks (6 weeks for international) please get in touch with us at support@shopbers.com.

Please note if you order multiple items they may be sent in separate packages depending on current stock levels.

We realize some people have been having shipping issues when ordering. We are trying to resolve this at present. We will keep you updated as we find the solution. If you do have difficulties ordering please send us an email to support@shopbers.com and let us know how many items you tried to order and which Country you are ordering from. This information will help us to find the solution for everyone.

 

    Cancellations

    If you want to edit your order, please contact us at support@shopbers.com. We’ll be able to edit that for you as long as the order isn't already in process.

    If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at support@shopbers.com. We have 24 Hours Cancellation Period. During that time you will get full refund for your order.

     

    Refunds

    If an item takes more than 60 days to arrive, we will refund you.

    You may be asked to provide proof that the item arrived after 60 days, after what our team will review the refund request. If we approve it, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If the item arrives broken, defective or damaged, we will refund you. 

    You may be asked to provide proof that the item is either broken or damaged, after what our team will review the refund request. If we approve it, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Note: We reserve the right, at our discretion, to reject any refund request we believe is not legitimate.

    If the item is not as described (this includes wrong color and wrong size), we will refund you. And you can keep the item, as a token of apology for the mistake we made sending you the wrong color or wrong size.

    Note: If we sent you the right color/size you ordered but you want to exchange it for whatever reason, you can always return the item and place a new order.

    "Free + Shipping" items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced or discounted items may be refunded. Free items for which you only pay shipping and handling cannot be refunded. 

    'Resent' items (if applicable)

    If an item arrives broken, damaged or not as described, you may be eligible for receiving that item for free. When doing your refund request, notify us that you prefer having us resending you the item for free. If the refund request is approved by our team, we will send you the new item within a certain amount of days.
